GENTLE BONES SET TO REPRESENT SINGAPORE AT
THE 6th HONG KONG ASIAN-POP MUSIC FESTIVAL 2016

GENTLE BONES FEATURED IN THE INAUGURAL
FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST
For Immediate Release (February 26, 2016 – Singapore, SG) – Singer-songwriter, Gentle Bones will be representing Singapore together with Kelly Poon at the sixth Hong Kong Asian-Pop Music Festival (HKAMF) 2016, on March 18. This year’s instalment will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The HKAMF traditionally engages the cream performers of popular music, as well as budding recording stars from countries/regions in Asia, namely the Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the host city Hong Kong. The budding recording artistes will compete for the various awards under the HKAMF 2016 Super Nova Contest.
Gentle Bones shared, “It’s an absolute pleasure to be among such great artistes and be involved in the celebration of cultures and music in beautiful Hong Kong. I am extremely excited for this to begin.”
Additionally, Gentle Bones has also just been featured in the inaugural Forbes’ 30 under 30 Asia list. The list sees him in very excellent company with Korean pop stars, G-Dragon, Siwon, Malaysian pop princess Yuna and more! To view the full list, please visit this page.
On being picked, Gentle Bones mentioned that he’s “Extremely humbled to be part of this Forbes list and representing Singapore among great talent”.
He will also be doing two shows at The Esplanade Concert Hall in June this year. His debut concert on 10th June 2016 was sold out within 10 days and a second date was later added for 11th June 2016. This will be the first time for a Singaporean singer-songwriter to stage two shows at The Esplanade Concert Hall.
